Just got my order from Carecci and it was great. I grabbed some artisan dried spaghetti and a block of Parmigiano Reggiano. The spaghetti cooked up perfectly, al dente and flavorful. And that cheese? So good. Made a simple cacio e pepe and it tasted amazing. Really happy with everything, gonna tell my friends about this place.
